Shipping & Returns
We use the United States Postal System to deliver most of our orders. We usually ship within 3-5 business days. If there will be a delay beyond that, we will let you know.
Usually we ship either first class mail or priority mail. The shipping time is estimated at 2-4 business days, but that estimate is not a guarantee. Because we are located in Alaska, shipping can take a couple extra days.
Sometimes because of stock issues, we may ship a partial shipment at no extra cost to you. Depending on your order size, your order may be shipped in multiple boxes.

Return & Exchange Policy
We think you should be satisfied with any of the products purchased from our store. If you're not satisfied for any reason, please contact us at (907) 260-6914 and make a return. Simply return the unused portion of your product for a full refund. You are required to pay for the return shipping.
If there's a problem with an order such as damage in shipping or the wrong product received, we will make it right. Again, call us at (907) 260-6914 so we can fix your issue! We'll get the right product to you, and we will send you a label to return your product.
